Wow, look at us go, Dogmom! We are going to be fit! Sorry you were sick though. That's the downside to spending time with kids, they are carriers of every germ known to man! But, you've got to love them!

I was planning on a 5 mile walk along the canals but I'm not feeling well so I opted for a very slow 30 min ride on the exercise bike.

I've been in Stockton with dd for honor band. Stockton is not the nicest city to walk around in! Luckily the college has a nice campus. I've been doing laps around that and through that.

January 24 - nothing

January 25 - 2 hours, combo walk/jog

January 26 - 1 hour, combo walk/jog

January 27 - 1 1/4 hour combo walk/jog/3 lb weights

January 28 - 30 minute walk

January 29 - 1 1/4 hour combo walk/jog

January 30 - 1 1/4 hour combo walk/jog/3 lb weights
