Twilight
This ASUS HD has been a source of problems for me. Tonight I contacted Amazon, chatting first with one then another ,then Amazon called me I talked with one and another...... finally he uninstalled Kindle and then reinstalled it. Now itis working..now maybe i can enjoy as it is meant to be after two months of owning it! Quote Link to comment
The WE2's
We both have Kindle readers only, but once lost our "wifi" code and had to search through all our paperwork to find the one needed for our pc to recognize it. Now we have to remember to keep them charged up when we're reading paper books and they rest on our nightstands etc., and not turned on. Didn't realize the battery could discharge even if we're not using them. Anyway...glad you're up and running. I bet you'll be hunting for some more of those free books from Amazon! Jeepers
Great Twilight! I had an issue with my Kindle once. It wouldn't delete a couple of books that were stuck in 'cloud'. I called them and they tried talking me through it but it didn't work so they took over and reinstalled the books and then deleted them themselves. Ugh, the point of all of that was...they were very helpful over the phone. We even sang a verse of, "Hey you, get off of my cloud" together! Quote Link to comment
