Snowmom Posted July 4, 2016 Share Posted July 4, 2016 I hope everyone has a great and safe day today. ********************** Anyone who is in pain and still tries to do any walking is doing great. I am still hurting, and so I think I will probably go see my Dr. this week if I can get in. Most of the time one hurts and gets better, for some reason I seem to be hurting more than when it happened. So, we will see what happens. I am still able to get around and it is easier to walk than to set on some chairs or benches. I was really hurting yesterday in church setting in the pew and they are padded. I even sat on a pillow and had a small one I put at the base of my spine. I'll let you know how things go next week when I post. Oh, I will be busy these next couple weeks as the County Fair starts on the 13. I will be doing a lot of baking on Tuesday the day before it starts. I do have some things done and hope to get more finished this week. ********** Here are some things that count for miles. These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile. Biking, swimming, walking, and such. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile also. ********* These will be down and up 10 times = one mile ******** These will be counted as 30 minutes = one mile ***************************** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ June 26- July 2, my fit bit says I have walked 31.24 miles for the week. Now if I could just keep this up that would be great. ********* Ok, who will be ********* Who is going to join us? Everyone is Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post.
