Last week we both had appointments again and Old Pine had Carpal tunnel Surgery on Thursday I had hurt my arm and had x rays and have a pulled muscle. The dr. sent me to therapy so that made me have another appointment. I only went the one time and don’t think I need to go back as it is getting better and they said if it was better I didn’t need to go back. Then, I went to the walk in clinic on Saturday as my sinuses were really bad. I got a couple prescriptions and am getting better now.

Here are some things that count for miles.

These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile.

Biking, swimming, walking, and such.

*********

These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile also.

You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these.

Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post.

:hi: Snowmom,

I have not been keeping track. Haven't kept my phone on me. I do know, I am still battling a low back ache that keeps me from walking much.

While in TX, I did some shopping, came home, dosed up with ibuprofen and basically quit moving for several hours. It is what it is. I am trying to build my stamina back up now that I am back home. But that 6-7 hour drive is grueling.
