Swamp-Gator
I just bought this book used and it is packed with information. You can't skip around because you will miss something. The best part is it is excellent for someone wanting to learn but don't quite know where to start. Everything is simply written in a way that a child could understand. The book is called: Cooking With Stored Foods Carrol Latham & Carlene Teiada If you are starting out on this new venture you would find this book priceless. SG Quote Link to comment
Mt_Rider
Where is it available, SwampGator? I tried Amazon but it didn't turn up on a search. MtRider Quote Link to comment
Jeepers
I found this one:http://www.amazon.com/Cooking-Stored-Foods-Carlene-Tejada/dp/0895861208/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1460784660&sr=8-1&keywords=cooking+with+stored+foodThat book sounds familiar. I just checked and our library system has it. Either I have it or I read it from the library. I'll have to check to see if I have it or not. Thanks Swamp-Gator Quote Link to comment
