Daelith
I stumbled across this site and thought some of ya'll might find it helpful when your trying to figure up how much produce you need for a recipe. I've been trying to figure out how many pounds of peaches or how many peaches to buy for a recipe. http://www.howmuchisin.com/produce_converters Quote Link to comment

kappydell
a big thank you! I always have trouble remembering how much juice is in a lemon, since I usually keep a bottle in the fridge as a matter of course. (I get so frustrated with the recipes that insist on only fresh, expensive ingredients.....I don't have the $$ nor the time to shop every day for things I will use for one recipe.) So I will be using the equivalents on lemons, limes, garlic, onions, etc (tho I do seem to recall that 1/4 tsp garlic powder is supposed to equal 1 clove - I think.....) Quote Link to comment
