Biking, swimming, walking, and such. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile also. ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile ******** These will be counted as 30 minutes = one mile weights, jumping rope. ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ March 27 – April 2, my fit bit says I walked 18.05 miles for this week. I still haven’t gotten back down to ride the bike and I have another week that I can’t walk on the treadmill. ********* Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. Quote Link to comment
sassenach Posted April 6, 2016 Share Posted April 6, 2016 Two miles walking on April 1st. 2 hours housecleaning, it included scrubbing, so I will count it as 2 miles. Not sure of the dates but that week. The last few days have been in the 20's again, so I stayed inside since I just went through measles a few weeks back and figure I might catch something again from folks out and about town.
