Miles for April 26 - May 2, 2015

Here are some things that count for miles.
These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile.
Biking, swimming, walking, and such.

These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile

:STAIRS: will be down and up 10 times = one mile

These will be counted as 30 minutes = one mile

We sure aren't doing any shoveling. We have a lot of bare ground in our yard now, so if we don't get some snow, we could have most of our snow gone by the end of the week. We haven't had to be plowed out at all this winter either.

You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. :)

For the week of April 26 - May 2, I am saying a total of 21.23 miles and all from the fit bit. I'm in hopes to do some miles on the bike this week.

Hi Snowmom! I have a tracker on my phone now that keeps track of how many steps I'm doing each day. I was averaging about 3000 per day when I first started this back in September. This week I averaged 5200...a little lower than usual because one of the days I was sick and stayed in bed pretty much the whole time. My goal for this month is to get 7000 each day.

This week will be about 18 miles.

My app is saying I have managed around 10-13 miles a week. Much more than I thought I was doing.

 

We are moving into our dive season which should add more to my weekly total, we are scheduled to go on Monday. :bounce: The current helps build up muscles that have rested over the winter. :rolleyes: Plus, I am looking forward to finding the stuff God brings to our hands. :amen:
