Annarchy
Hi Ladies, All my baking pans are blackened. How in the world do you keep them clean? Or, do they just tempor like a cast iron? I've scribed, used lime away, CLR, and broken all my fingernails, and my baking pans suck looking at them. Am I making a mountain out of a mole hill, or is there a way to make them pretty clean again? Quote Link to comment
Suncat
I find they do season a bit like cast iron and work the better for it.. just be sure to use the dark pan directions instead of shiny when something has it. Quote Link to comment
The WE2's
I line my metal bake pans with parchment paper and just wash them as usual. I never scrub them. I prefer to use my glass bake pans though. Quote Link to comment
