Snowmom Posted June 22, 2016 Share Posted June 22, 2016 Well, we had company all last week +, some left on day 8 and some on day 9 and 12. Now that they have left, we are trying to recuperate. Monday was a rough day and yesterday was our Pizza Hut Day. I am in hopes to get this in this morning. I am still tired. ********** Here are some things that count for miles. These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile. Biking, swimming, walking, and such. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile also. ********* These will be down and up 10 times = one mile ******** These will be counted as 30 minutes = one mile ***************************** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ June 5 – 11, my fit bit says I walked 26.57 miles for the week and for the week of June 12 – 18 my fit bit says I walked 25.86 miles. Now if I can keep this up and get more even. ********* Ok, who will be ********* Who is going to join us? Everyone is Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post.
