We had a little snow Tuesday night, but it shouldn't last to long with the weather we are to get next week. :)

Here are some things that count for miles.
These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile.
Biking, swimming, walking, and such.

These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile

:STAIRS: will be down and up 10 times = one mile
********
These will be counted as 30 minutes = one mile

:lois: weights, jumping rope. :clothesline:shoveler.gif

We sure aren't doing any shoveling. We have a lot of bare ground in our yard now, so if we don't get some snow, we could have most of our snow gone by the end of the week. We haven't had to be plowed out at all this winter either.

You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. :)

For the week of March 15 -21, I am saying a total of 16 miles on the treadmill and bike and the fit bit says I have walked a total of 18.69 making a total of 34.69 last week. Not as good as it could be, but, of course it could have been worse too. I've been setting at the computer to long. :( That and at the library checking the old news papers.

At least you are both getting in shape even if you don't lose weight. They say muscle weighs more than fat too.

I had alot of stress. DH has had heart problems again..ER etc. He is alot better now with no permanent damage. I did eat carbs though the 2 days he was in the hospital. It was just too hard to get my "healthy foods" while we were there. I didn't lose or gain any weight so I am happy. Not gaining is always good news to me!
