Biking, swiming, walking, running and such. *********These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile********These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile weights, jumping rope. ********You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************Last week, January 26 - February 1, I am going to say with laundry, stairs, shopping, housework, dishes, walking on the treadmill and riding the bike, I got in about 31 1/2 miles. **** Ok, who will be ???*********Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. Quote Link to comment
Annarchy Posted February 5, 2014 Share Posted February 5, 2014 Snowmom Over 31 miles, very impressive! Last week, I walked the dog a mile on Monday. Spent the rest of the week taking care of DH. (3 days of worry = 1 mile?) Planted the gardens, maybe 1/4 mile. I did not feel well near the end of the week. Cleaned most of the house on Saturday, felt like I was moving in slow motion, 1 mile. Total miles for last week, 2 1/4. I have got to try harder. MIL keeps calling to tell us how well she is doing at the fitness club. Quote Link to comment
