Knee surgery

On July 9, our little Minnie had knee surgery. We then took her to be boarded as we knew we could not keep her in a small kennel, nor could we keep her from jumping around and on furniture.

She is healed and is a very active little dog, we were able to go visit her and take her for walks the last couple weeks. Her walks were more like runs so she has been doing very good. The first time we walked her she was limping some yet, but, that soon stopped. She is doing great now. We were able to bring her home yesterday, after 4 weeks and the first thing she did when let outside was start digging at a gopher hole. So we know she is back to normal. :

Here is a picture of her taken at least 2 years ago.

Now, can you just think of what she looks like after digging and having her head burred in the dirt. She needs a bath, but, she will be going out and doing it again, so no bath today. :)

Thank you all for your comments. :) Yes, she is a 'Diva" and she is the boss around here. :) This dog on the swing looks so much like her. :)

We do love her and she knows it. :)

We took her back in for Day Care yesterday and she was so ready to go, but, was happy to come home with us in the afternoon. :)
