Biking, swimming, walking, and such. *********These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile ********These will be counted as 30 minutes = one mile weights, jumping rope. ********You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************For the two weeks of October 5 - 18, I am saying, drum roll please-----71 ½ miles on the bike, add 2 ½ for stairs and probably 6 more miles just walking and shopping, making it 80 miles for the last two week. : Now, I will tell you something, our DD bought all 3 of us a 'Fitbit', so we can track our miles, our sleep and keep track of what we eat. We are all trying to lose weight and the other two have and I gained just over a pound, so I need to really work harder. Walking on the treadmill is a lot harder to do and better for you, as far as dropping the weight goes, than just riding the bike. So, guess who is going to need to do more on the treadmill.
