coastygirl
Well, I recieved my "letter" from my health care insurance carrier. I have been with them since the 80s. They have informed me that my plan has been ended and a "new" plan is offered to me. It is double what I was paying. It is now completely "unaffordable" to me. I was already paying a high price. I will now have to go on the exchange and get someone elses plan. So, I looked, and they are all a very basic low plans and very high high deductables (5,000 - 6350). I also lose my dr. that I trust dearly. I am totally po'd about this. Has anyone else gotton a letter from their carrier ? - Cheryl Quote Link to comment
Momo
Not yet but I am expecting one. I fear that I will also lose my insurance because of the new law. Quote Link to comment
Jeepers
I haven't yet either. All I've gotten so far is the monthly bill. Quote Link to comment
Momo
Anytime between now and December I hate to get any mail from Blue Cross. Will I get a big premium raise for 2014 or not? I fear the dreaded envelop. DH got his letter yesterday. He is on a senior Medicare supplement plan and his premium is only going up 3$ a month. Phew..that was a relief. Quote Link to comment
