We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ For November 27 - December 3, I did 19.36 miles according to my fit bit. Everyone is Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. Annarchy Posted December 5, 2016 Share Posted December 5, 2016 4.63. Up from last week, at least. I keep telling myself to get moving. Sitting at my desk working on paperwork and painting, doesn't help my miles either. I have set my screensaver to start after 15 minutes, and I get up and walk around.
