Miles for November 10 - 16, 2013

Momo, I do hope your DH is doing well by now.

 

Oldpine is still coughing, but, not as much as he had been. He has had it a good 2 months by now, I'm thinking.

You are so right, it is sometimes a lot easier to do the walking than just sitting waiting. Thank you for praying.

Here are some things that count for miles.

 

These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile.

 

Biking, swiming, walking, and such.

These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile

*********

 

will be down and up 10 times = one mile

These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile

 

weights, jumping rope.

You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these.

Last week, November 10 - 16, I am going to say with laundry, stairs, shopping, housework, dishes, did some stuff outside and with 8 miles on the bike and only 1/4 on the treadmill I got in 14 1/4 miles in last week. I hope to get in a few miles again this week on the bike and treadmill.

Snowmom! Great to hear you are increasing your miles.

 

Last week was a stressful week for me. I did not do much walking and the dog did not get walked either. He has a large yard to play in so it isn't that big of a deal for him.

 

I might have gotten 3 miles with house work and such.
