Biking, swiming, walking, and such. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile******** These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile weights, jumping rope. ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ Last week, December 22 - 28, I am going to say with laundry, stairs, shopping, housework, dishes, treadmill and bike, I got in at least 17. I do hope I can start getting a lot more miles. **** Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Annarchy Posted January 1, 2014 Share Posted January 1, 2014 I hope you can also, Snowmom. I am also hoping to increase my miles. Since last week was Christmas, we were on the road 2 days and stayed in the house the rest of the days. Maybe one mile for me. I really need to push myself, not walking like I should is not good for me and I am feeling the results. Hopefully, this week will be better. Quote Link to comment
