Miles for October 23 - November 5, 2016

Here are some things that count for miles.

These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile.

, , walking, and such.

These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile also.

These will be down and up 10 times = one mile

These will be counted as 30 minutes = one mile

You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these.

October 30 - November 5, I did 18.71 miles according to my fit bit, that is really bad, not as good as last week.

Who is going to join us? Everyone is Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post.

Morning. 18 miles is still quite an accomplishment.

 

I finally found where the update hid my miles. Everything changed to "steps" and I have no idea how many of my steps equal a mile.

 

Now to write down each day and find my total. I actually have no clue. Some days, I really don't move much.

So, my phone said, 2 miles. That's horrible! I was thinking more like 4 - 5. Might be because I didn't carry it on me.
