Midnightmom
At first I was going to post this in the humor forum, but then I thought, "Maybe somebody could actually use this method when processing a lot of apples for canning or dehydrating," so I put it here instead. Granted this won't work in a 'grid down' world (unless you use the battery type), but still, it looked like fun. Quote Link to comment

Suncat
I just keep wondering how often it'll core the apple rather than spin the apple. Quote Link to comment
Mt_Rider
The peeler should only put light pressure on the rotation. Not much friction to pull the middle loose, I'd think. Course, if you want the apple cored too, you'll have to get one of those punch things that take out the core. MtRider Quote Link to comment

Mt_Rider
I wondered about that.....but thot it would splatter. Would you need to stand in the shower when coring with the drill? MtRider Quote Link to comment
Jeepers
Wife: Honey, will you help me peel and core some apples? Husband: Hot Diggity Babe! Just let me get my electric drill and drill press dusted off! Woo-Hoo. Quote Link to comment
