recipes using only canned food

Coffee creamer leaves a sweet taste if you don't use the right brand. When I make things line sausage gravy I don't even use milk. I did see at the store today drink boxes of milk. It is a little pricy, but not that bad. Look in the Latin sections of grocery stores and you may find boxed milk. WE don't drink much milk, (I use Lactaid milk which is trough the roof.) Mix the creamer powder with water to make a liquid and use the liquid like milk. I think I used one cup to three cups of water. It works best in hot water.

Can you use the coffermate liquid as a substitute in baking?

Muffins, biscuits, cakes, etc.? I have substituted oj or applesauce for milk in muffins but biscuits I'd rather use

something else. Would like to use the coffeemate if it would work.

Used it. It does work.

Bread pudding

1 qt any flavor coffeemate creamer. I love chocolate

6 slices bread cubed and dried a bit

4-6 eggs or egg beaters

NO sugar or sweetener required if using sweetened creamer.

Mix all together well and bake at 350 about 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Does not seperate like using milk (no waterey liquid.

I make puddings using it also. I do use the regular unflavored if using pudding mixes. I only use 3/4 liquid called for and add 1/4 water. Otherwise too thick. Great flavor.
