sygnet
We moved this summer to a lovely rural property in southern Alberta (Canada's province just north of Montana) near a small town Fort Macleod. My brain is having a major adjustment to the fact that while I am busy canning peaches , and haven't even picked the apples yet - it's snowing!! Oh it will warm up again, but I am standing at my sink giggling - snow and peaches - it sounds like a dessert! Quote Link to comment
Mt_Rider
Dessert..... sounds good! CO has has white on the high peaks a couple times already. While we've frequently been in the mid 30's at night, we've only had frost on the roof once. Did potatoes in tho. MtRider ...happy canning! Quote Link to comment
ArmyOfFive4God
It is certainly a wild ride, isn't it?? Took a little getting used to when we lived in Wyo, but it sure was the best- heating up the house by canning while the snow fell Quote Link to comment
