Snowmom
********** Here are some things that count for miles. These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile. Biking, swimming, walking, and such. ********* These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile dancing for some reason, some of my pictures are not showing. ********* will be down and up 10 times = one mile ******** These will be counted as 30 minutes = one mile weights, jumping rope. ******** You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. ************ For the week of September 20 =26, I am saying I did 25.74 miles. ********* Ok, who will be ??? ********* Who is going to join us? Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. Quote Link to comment
Annarchy
Snowmom, you are doing great! 20th - 26th, Got home in the late afternoon from TX on Sunday. Took it easy. 2 miles includes packing my luggage, loading and unloading it once I got home. Monday and Tuesday, I took it easy and it rained, 1 mile. Wednesday, I sort of got back into the swing of things and logged 2 miles. Thursday we went kayaking, sitting casting a fishing line in the water, rowing for a while, then, swimming/floating a few minutes to cool off. Not many miles there, but Friday my shoulders and arms were telling me I exercised them. 1 mile. Saturday was cleaning day. It took 2 buckets of water per room, due to the muddy dog prints throughout the house, plus, extra laundry. 4.5 miles. That gives me about 10.5 miles for the week. Quote Link to comment
