I really do think that within a year many of us will face
a quarantine. So, I have been looking around the house
trying to think of things I could still run out of. Now
these items are things that we really take for granted.
I came up with two items so far. I am low on lightbulbs
and fuses. I will remedy that this week. Does anyone
else have suggestions?

Cooking Oil
Baby Powder
enough batteries to change each smoke and CO2 detector at least twice
postage stamps and envelopes
cleaning supplies

If you have bird feeders, take them down.

Beware of cheap mulch on sale this spring. A thread on TB2K said that New Orleans is giving away mulch to any state who will come pick it up. However, that mulch is full of a voracious specie of termite than can completely destroy a house. Who knows what other kinds of contaminants might also be in it.

There's a difference between hunting knives and steak knives?

Great list!

Yea, but a hunting knife will work great as a steak knife. I collect knifes from the junk shops and sharpen them up and have dozens of them. Keep them in a drawer in the basement.

A lot of good stuff here. Many I might not have thought of. When you can't get something is not the time to remember it. I need to give my lists of things more thought. I also really need to organize so I can find things. Since I moved from a house to a trailer, I can't find anything. Too much stuff, not enough space.

It probably means a Tilia Foodsaver.
