You can also use these recipes to pipe the marshmallows (like you would for cake icing....in a bag with a big tip). If you pipe a shape with this, just make sure to be gently as you put it in the bag so you don't *deflate* your batter....and it can be piped directly into a bowl of colored sugar. Then just shoosh some sugar over the top and sides...voila!

Oh, how fun !!! I like the colored sugar dip idea. I have made marshmellows, but mine just had you put it on powdered sugar.
Thanks for the great recipe. I wonder how they would be with Splenda ? I don't know what I would use instead of the corn syrup, though.
