If you like to eat sprouts, this thread called "Sanitizing Beans and Lentils to Sprout" would be good information should commercial sources be unavailable...

I vote this a 1 because seeds specifically for sprouting are still readily available and I keep them on hand.

I would like to see more options for sprouting - like mung sprouts, brocolli sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, etc.

Personally, I can't forsee needing to sprout lentils, because I truly hate the taste and texture, but that it just me. smile
All it takes to make a difference is one person.
