Well, my computer is still in the shop and they can't get it to work either. It keeps crashing on them just like it did me.

So, once again not to many pictures.

Here are my miles:

Walked......2
biked........17 1/2
stairs........5
dishes.........4
house work.....2 1/2
laundry......6
shopping....2
other 5

Total........44 miles last week.

Ok, now you need to add your miles here. Don't forget to add all kinds of things, anything that makes you exercise.

Oh, yes, Momo, I do all my walking and biking in the basement watching movies. This morning I watched, "HONDO". John Wayne.

Snow's basement must be alot neater than mine! You are such a good girl Snow! I couldn't go but a few feet before I would hit a box or something in my basement.

Ok, here goes...

Exercise = movement??

Walked 1/2 mile to the water.
Jumped in and swam in the current several times, 1 mile.
Walked back 1/2 mile.

Up and down at the shop, 2 miles.

Cleaned house, 1 mile.

Drove 600 miles, I got out to pay for gas..., no miles

Walked with MIL at the store, 1/2 mile.

Walked around her house and yard, 1 mile.

Drove 600 miles, I got out to pay for gas..., no miles

Emptied suit cases & did laundry, 1/2 mile

Played with Frank the ferret, 1 mile.

Total.... 7 miles.

Aww, you are really good, Ann. But, I think it is 8 miles not just 7, let me count. Yes, it is 8 miles.

Good girl. Now, did you do any house work, that counts, laundry, that counts.

You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these.
