Apparently, vandals have torn it down.

Although the Supreme Court favorably ruled the Memorial Cross shouldn't come down, vandals tore it down anyway in open defiance of this ruling! A $125,000 reward will be offered for information that leads to an arrest and conviction for this crime, please call (760) 252-6120.
