I wanted to reduce this, and add my name, for a new sign line. Can someone walk me through that?

Angela, you can do it on photo bucket, using their tools. If you have the image uploaded to photo bucket, you can add text to it, and there is a little video there that will help you. If you use the transparent background, the name will fit right into the photo. And you can resize the photo, crop it, Here is an example......
