It is Monday, again time to put our miles in here. smile.gif

Here are some things that count for miles.

These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile.

*********

These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile

*********

STAIRS.jpg will be down and up 10 times = one mile

********

These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile

********

Right now I am thinking 15 - 20 minutes = a mile for . I'm sure there won't be much more of this though. At last not around here, as the snow is going fast and gone in the yards, just some of the drifts are around.

********

You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. smile.gif

Here are my totals:

Walking 1 1/4
Riding bike 1
Stairs 1
Dishes 1
House Work 1 1/2
Laundry 1
Shopping 1
Other 2
Total..........9 3/4 miles. smile.gif

This vertigo is better, but, still keeping me way down, I hope to do better next week. sad.gif I'm feeling much better, I thought the vertigo has cleared up but, the past few days it is back, just not to bad. sad.gif

Ok, who will be ???

*********

Who is going to join us? smile.gif Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. smile.gif

I'm glad you are feeling better Snow. We miss you here at MrsS!

You are doing good to get in any miles at all with vertigo.
Tell Mom the cat did it!

Thank you, Momo.

Yes, I am doing much much better now, and haven't had any problems with vertigo this past week now. I think it has gone away now. smile.gif At least I hope it has and I also hope it doesn't come back for a very very long time now. smile.gif
