Here are some things that count for miles.

These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile.

These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile

STAIRS.jpg will be down and up 10 times = one mile

These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile

You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. smile.gif

Riding bike 4
Stairs 1 1/2
Dishes 1
House Work 3/4
Laundry 1
Shopping 1
Other 2
Total.......... 12 1/2 miles. smile.gif

Vertigo hit again. sad.gif I'm much better now though. smile.gif

Isn't there anything they can do for your vertigo? That could be dangerous if you fell at the wrong time or the wrong way.

I was just given medication for it and when I went to get it, one of the gals at the drug counter suggested motion sickness pills. I still have some of the perscription and lots of the motion sickness pills. I'm fine now and have been since Monday a week ago, so maybe it is all gone. smile.gif One can hope that is for sure. There is a lady in our church that is having it a LOT worse than I did. She can't even watch someone move their head side to side or she will get dizzy. I am really thankful that it has never been that bad for me.
