Just popping on to go through Urban Homesteading. I haven't quite caught onto this lifestyle yet after living in the country for so long. I hope to learn alot from those of you that have been here a lot longer than I. I am hoping to reap what you all have sown. So please have some patience with me and be gentle.. Not sure I am ever going to be able to accept my new life emotionally but I am trying to make the best of it. So I am off to glean from your posts! Take care.......

..................... Take a deap Breath, and relax, you too can be a Urban homesteader. LOL
Well I guess the first question is:
How much yard do you have to work with ?
Or are we talking gardening in buckets?

My yard is not big at all. What I have is in buckets and that's only 4 tomato plants. They haven't done very well. What do I miss? The garden, yard and animals.. fireplace, cookstove, etc..
Remember me with smiles and laughter, for that is how I will remember you all. If you can only remember me with tears, then don't remember me at all. -Laura I. Wilder
