These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile.

You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these.

House Work 1
Laundry 1
Shopping 3
Other 4
Total..........21 1/2 miles.
I just have to get in my miles each day, but, still only a few a week. Dr. told me to walk a mile a day and the rest was just extra. So, I really need to get busy. I did 2 days of 1/2 mile and one of 1 mile. Walking is good for a persons back and for those of us who are older.
