Is the Chat Room functional?

Hi, is the chat room functional at this point? Is there also a time and day when people are still trying to get into an organized chat?

Apparently not. First it only let in a very few people, then it would act up and people couldn't always see each other, and not when I tried to go in to check it, it says the chat limit has been reached, but NOBODY is in it!
If Mrs S paid for it, it sure isn't working.

That was what I was experiencing, the chat room being said to be full. I thought it was rather weird. Some kind of glitch then.

lately everyone has been using the 'shout' box for most chat.
Some days it is fun just to scroll down and see what everyone is up to.

chat room is ALWAYS telling me it is full, even when I am the only one on line. Has this been cleared up yet, or are we still shouting at each other?

Still SHOUTING at each other.
We can go into the Shoutbox Room and have a 'Chat'. I have not seen that it has a occupancy limit.
