Hi! I've talked to Darlene, everything on your end has been checked, my husband who is far better on/with the computer than I, says we get cookies (whatever that is!) so I should be able to go to the Edge, but just can't get there. Any hints for me?

Well, I've tried everything I know. 
How about you try creating a new account, making yourself "Pansy2". If you try that, and we can get you into the Edge that way, there is a way to "merge members"... meaning we might be able to get you back to "normal" that way.
OR if we get you in, you can keep that identity just for the edge to be sure it stays.

Tried to change my name and darn it, can't even seem to do that! Will just give up on the Edge even though I enjoyed it very much. Thanks so much for all the efforts from you all! Pansy

Pansy, don't try to change what you have, just sign up as a *completely* different person. Just create a whole new "member". You can call yourself "Pansy2" if you like, so we still know it's you.
I have another identity as "Cat2", which I use when I'm trying to troubleshoot forum problems. It's an ID that has no Moderator or Administration connections, so it helps me see what the members see.
As soon as I know who you are, I'll try letting you into the Edge with that ID.

Pansy, could you please try one more time to get into The Edge? I heard that our super-special technological whiz was working on it.

I have been in touch with Pansy, about her Edge problem. In your post #7,
she does not have a 'reply" box in the lower right corner. She also cannot access the member list
alphabet. We were trying to check her member settings, but neither she or I could click on P and get in.
Now Pansy did log in, and was accepted as PansyTwo.
I believe she logs in each time she accesses MrsS.; and I just leave myself logged in all the time.
She also does not have the acceptance in the lower right bottom that says "you may reply"......her's says 'you may not".
