Last week my Moms blood sugar droped to 20. The nursing home had to give her shot to get it up. It had been droping a lot lately.
Sunday she got sick and had a fever of 105.
Today her blood sugar has been around 460.
They are going to run some test and do a x-ray.
My Mom has had a hard week

Mom is now in the hosptial. She has a bad kidney infection and is dehydrated. She also has mild pneumonia.

Oh, my! I hope that she is feeling better soon. Those ICU doctors and nurses should be able to fix her right up! Sending prayers to lift you both....

She then opened her basket and took out a sawn off shotgun.
A few days later she walked through the woods in her new wolfskin furcoat...
Lesson learned, so not mess with girls who are brave enough to go into the woods on their own.

Mom has congestive heart failure. They don't think they can help her with surgery. It would not improve her health and she is not strong enough for it anyway. She did have another heart attack in the past few days. Her blood pressure is to high not low like they have been treating her for. The blockage in both her arms is giving a false reading.
They are going to use meds to treat her and to try to make her more comfortable. The long term out look for her is not good.
Yes Cat , Mom is a fighter. The doctors thought she would not survive 15 years ago when she had her bypass and a stroke.
