They are moving my Mom from ICU to PCU sometime late today or tomorrrow.
For now she is stable. If all goes well she will be going back to the nursing home sometime this week.
Thank you for all your prayers.

PCU means less dangerous than ICU?
In that case, good news. Hope she is allright again soon.
She looked at the wolf with a sweet smile . The wolf asked what was in her basket. `Food for Grandmother`she said..
She then opened her basket and took out a sawn off shotgun.
A few days later she walked through the woods in her new wolfskin furcoat...

Lesson learned, so not mess with girls who are brave enough to go into the woods on their own.

PCU is Progressive Care Unit . It's a step down form the intensive care unit.

She is still has congestive heart failure. That will never get better. They have done all they can for her. She has a lot of blockages and damage from heart attacks, strokes and diabetes.

I'm so glad to hear of the progress she has made! As you take care of her, be sure to take time to take care of yourself. I know that seems impossible right now, but even treating yourself to a new book or a special snack helps to keep you going. Blessings to you and your Mom.

Glad to hear she is out of the hospital. As Miki said, I'll bet she feels better with familiar surroundings. Hope she isn't too confused. :hug3:
