PCU means less dangerous than ICU?
In that case, good news. Hope she is allright again soon.

She looked at the wolf with a sweet smile . The wolf asked what was in her basket. `Food for Grandmother`she said..
She then opened her basket and took out a sawn off shotgun.
A few days later she walked through the woods in her new wolfskin furcoat...
Lesson learned, so not mess with girls who are brave enough to go into the woods on their own.

PCU is Progressive Care Unit . It's a step down form the intensive care unit.
She is still has congestive heart failure. That will never get better. They have done all they can for her. She has a lot of blockages and damage from heart attacks, strokes and diabetes.

Praying for you and your mom!
John 14:27 ...Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
A man is rich in proportion to the number of things he can afford to let alone.
Henry David Thoreau
Job 13:15 Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him...
Where are we going and why are we in a handbasket?!

I'm so glad to hear of the progress she has made! As you take care of her, be sure to take time to take care of yourself. I know that seems impossible right now, but even treating yourself to a new book or a special snack helps to keep you going. Blessings to you and your Mom.
