Sorry I didn't get in last week, but, we had appointments and more appointments. Our DD and I also were planning a surprise Retirement Party for Old Pine. Yes, he retired from the plant and now we are in hopes that will help his health problems at least a little bit.

Here are some things that count for miles.

These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile.

These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile

You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. :)

Here are my totals:

Walking
Riding bike
Stairs 4
Dishes 2
House Work 2
Laundry 1
Shopping 4
Other 2
Total.......... 15 miles for last week and about the same for the week before.

I know, one of these days I will get back down and walk and ride and I do hope it is soon. :)

Ok, who will be Posted Image ???

Who is going to join us? :) Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. :)

Nice to see you have your computer up and running, Snowmom. Congratulations on your DH's retirement! When mine retired, life around the house changed somewhat. Took a little bit to get used to having him home all the time. :cheeky-smiley-067:

Last week included my monthly trip to Tx. We took MIL to the mall and walked some. 1 mile

Cleaning house, 3 miles.

Gardening, 1/2 mile.

Walked the desert with my camera, 1/2 mile.

Total, 5 miles. Not too shabby, but, I should have done more.
Words, are spirits.
God's, are Life.
