My son has been trying to teach me how to post a link. I saw this on Pinterest and thought I'd try to post it here, and it worked! I wrote the instructions on a piece of paper and taped it on my printer. If not, I would forget it before I went to bed. lol I did like the link though.

Hey cool, Trudy. I recycle lots of things for my transplant seedlings. Mostly styrofoam egg cartons then graduate to yogurt cups. Then, if needed, big cottage cheese or yogurt container and for the big things like tomatoes...the wax milk cartons.

I use a power drill to put holes in a stack of yogurt cups all at once.

I am just getting ready to start some pimento seeds. Never thought of my jar boxes ! I got a new cabinet yesterday for storing empty jars. My dh made it for me ! He is going to cut up some boxes today. I need to catch him and keep the jar boxes to use. Great ideas, thanks !!!
I can, you can, too !

When you plant the pimento seeds do you take them out of that green thing they come in or plant the whole thing? :sHa_sarcasticlol:
Have never planted pimentos before but we have a cat that will dig them out of their green 'shells' and eat them all day long if we let her! (Yes she is a vegetarian cat)
Just this morning while I was reading and eat radish slices (good for me) she comes flying by the rocker from the couch and grabs one and went off to hide and eat it!
Poor Maggie the cat you say... NO she already had 2 of them!!!!!!

My favorite was the paper towel roll. Since you plant the paper and all, seems it will help with the cut worms?
