ok me and my husband canned jelly blueberry , blackberry , strawberry and i still have a couple of jars left I made then summer of 2009 are they still good to eat?

Yes, they'll be fine. Might turn a little sugary sooner than normal but they're fine.

Can I piggy-back a similar question?

Jelly that turns ...like wisps of white throughout....What is it and is it OK or NOT OK???

Keeps happening with store-bought grape jelly. :shrug:
