Anyone know anything about this product? It has been recommended to me by several people but before I spend the large bucks I want to know more about it. I would be taking it because I've been anemic for years...I can't give blood and deal with fatigue issues. I've tried iron pills but they make me nauseous and are constipating. This comes with some pretty high recommendations.

I've not personally used it but my daughter was advised to take it by her midwives. I don't recall if she did or not but midwives wouldn't recommend it if it wasn't any good.
