Bone broth (per the Weston Price Foundation) is one of my FAVE super foods! I have jars of it, some in the freezer, scraps & usually some in the fridge :)

I made some ham broth from our Christmas ham last year and canned it. I've not opened a jar of it yet. Might try cooking some purple hull peas in some to see how it came out.

I was just given some soup bones and that is the next project. So much to do and so little time. I need about 4 weeks of 4 day weekends just so I can catch. Why ever did I go back to work? Oh year I wanted a house :24:
