Here are some things that count for miles.
These are as you can count them, 1 mile will = one mile.
Biking, swiming, walking, and such.
*********
These will be counted as 1 hour = one mile

:STAIRS: will be down and up 10 times = one mile

********
These two willl be 30 minutes = one mile
:lois: weights, jumping rope. :clothesline:
********
You will have to be the judge of these. We have been counting 1 hour as a mile, but, sometimes it isn't so. Therefore, I'm letting you be the judge of these. :)

Miles for last week, I am going to say with laundry, stairs, shopping, housework, dishes and all, I got in about a total of maybe 4 miles. I still haven't gotten down to walk or ride, so until I can do that I will not have many miles. :( I'm so bad. ;) :)

Ok, who will be Posted Image ???

Who is going to join us? :) Anyone who wants to start exercising or walking or whatever, count your miles and add them up this week and post them next week when either Momo or I make the walking post. :)

(((((((Snowmom & Momo)))))))

Sorry I did not post. Trying to keep track of miles is sort of difficult when we have an extra person in the house. So not used to it.

I am guessing, with a couple extra loads of laundry a week, 2 beds to change, extra dishes and meals to make, the normal cleaning day hours are up by 2. Oh, yeah, that reminds me, because we were sick with strep, I used lysol on everything including the walls, before the usual polishing, increasing the cleaning time 3 fold.

So, my best guess would be around 7 miles. I do not think sitting in the Doctors office with MIL is doing much good.

Last week, 12/3 - 12/8 was almost a mirror to the previous week, except, I think Trinity is adding a 1/2 mile to my schedule. She's a climber and I have had to ferret proof the house all over again. Should of seen my desk top after she made sure gravity worked. LOL

Popping in and out...exercise is great for our bodies! We usually walk or hike 3 times a week, and then dance once night a week.

Matthew 6:11 "Give us this day our daily bread...amen."

Phillipians 4:19..."And my God will fully satisfy every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus...amen"
