Jan 1: 2 miles on exercise bike
Jan 2: 2 miles on exercise bike
Jan 3: 2 miles on exercise bike
Jan 4: 2 miles on exercise bike
Jan 5: 2 miles on exercise bike
Jan 6: 2 miles on exercise bike
Jan 7: 2 miles on exercise bike
Jan 8: 2 miles on exercise bike
Jan 9: 2 miles on exercise bike
Jan 10: no exercise...sick...fever, nausea for a good 6 hours....slept 8 hours...then woke up fine
Jan 11: 2 miles on exercise bike
Jan 12: 2 miles on exercise bike
Jan 13: 2 miles on exercise bike ( tomorrow the plan is add sit ups)
Jan 14: 2 miles on exercise bike
Jan 15: walked 1 mile
Jan 16: walked 1 mile
Jan 17: 2 miles on exercise bike
Jan 18: 2 miles on exercise bike
Jan 19: 1 hour of yard work, rest of day was helping dd move
Jan 20: 1 hour raking leaves, pulling up dead plants, 1 mile exercise bike
Jan 21: 2 miles
Jan 22: 1 mile
Jan 23: only 1/2 mile walking
Jan 24: 2 miles
Jan 25: 1/2 mile walking
Jan 26: 2 miles on exercise bike
Jan 27: 1 mile on exercise bike
Jan 28: 1 1/2 miles on exercise bike, 1/2 mile walking

had a bit of a slacking period there ... I was sick for a bit, but mostly it was pure slacking on my part.

 

picking up where I began again...

 

January 23 - 2 hours, combo walk/jog

January 24 - nothing

January 25 - 2 hours, combo walk/jog

January 26 - 1 hour, combo walk/jog

January 27 - 1 1/4 hour combo walk/jog/3 lb weights

January 28 - 30 minute walk

January 29 - 1 1/4 hour combo walk/jog

January 30 - 1 1/4 hour combo walk/jog/3 lb weights

1/2/13 - rode exercise bike for 45 mins

1/3/13 - 30 minutes of a Leslie Sansone DVD (walk your way thin series)

1/4/13 - 30 mins on eb (exercise bike)

1/5/13 - walked 50 minutes

1/6/13 - 30 minutes with Leslie Sansone, 30 minutes on eb

1/7/13 - 35 mins eb

1/8/13 - 35 mins eb

1/9/13 - 50 mins walking along the canal

1/10/13 - 35 mins eb

1/11/13 - 35 mins eb

1/12/13 - 35 mins eb

1/13/13 - 30 mins eb

1/14/13 - 2 hrs pruning fruit trees, 30 mins eb

1/15/13 - 30 mins eb
1/16/13 - 30 mins eb
1/17/13 - 30 mins eb
1/18/13 - walked 90 mins
1/19/13 - walked 2.5 hours
1/20/13 - no exercise
1/21/13 -  no exercise
1/22/13 - 40 mins eb
1/23/13 - walked 40 mins
1/24/13 - 30 mins eb
1/25/13 - 35 mins eb
1/26/13 - 30 mins eb
1/27/13 - walked 45 mins
1/28/13 - pruned fruit trees 2 hours
