  1. I have a hard copy of it. It's one of the few books I haven't re-read. Not because I didn't think it was any good...it was very well written. I think it was because it was at the beginning of my starting to prep and I kind of felt like what was the point after reading it. I might pull it out again sometime.   4. Bedstraw is edible? This is the weed that sticks to you as you walk by and has the little brown balls that get into animal fur when it dries out? We have massive amounts of that growing here now. Pull it up everyday to give to the chickens. I have to use gloves because I get an itchy rash when it touches me.

The description fits me.
  6. Ann, so glad you're ok! Mt. Rider maybe just stretching for a while? Everybody is doing fantastic! I walked 30 minutes today to make up for missing yesterday. Also did 3 sets of 12 supine marches...was given a bunch of exercises last year to do to strengthen my core. I need to get back to doing them. I am much stronger than a year ago...and in a lot less pain. Keep moving y'all!
  7. Did my 15 minutes of walking. I have an app on my phone that shows me how many steps I do per day. I'm over 10,000 today...also did my 15 minutes of walking.

  10. Ann...I'm a little confused. In the past when I've followed a thread I've gotten an email notification when someone replied to the topic. Has that changed? I didn't get any notification from any posts in this thread since the first time I posted.

  13. Okay...so I really need to do more cardio to lose weight. I'm in for walking a minimum of 14 minutes each day. 5000 minutes by the end of the year. Today is done!
