Dee Posted March 11, 2003 Share Posted March 11, 2003 4 hours 5 minutes (5 min prep, 4 hrs cooking) 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, frozen 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup honey 1 tablespoon dry mustard 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce 1 cup broccoli florets 1 cup cauliflower florets 1 cup carrots, sliced in pennies 1. Place frozen breasts in crockpot. 2. Mix juice, broth, honey, dry mustard and teryiaki sauce. 3. Pour over chicken in crock. 4. Cook on low for four hours. 5. Add vegetables about one hour before serving. 6. Place on TOP of chicken and do not stir. 7. Cook the additional hour and serve over rice. 8. (note: if you're not using frozen chicken subtract about an hour from cooking time!). Quote Link to comment
