Dee Posted March 14, 2003 Share Posted March 14, 2003 2 egg whites 1 cup low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese 1 cup rolled oats 1 pkg. onion soup mix Mix ingredients together and make into small "burgers" or "meatballs." Fry in a small amount of oil, about 3 minutes on each side. I think these taste even better a day after you first make them. Less than $1.00 per batch. Quote Link to comment
