I went to a friend's house a few days ago and she had some "cookies" that were so incredibly good, and when she told me how to make them, I was floored! I had never heard of this before! You take those mint flavored chocolate chips...the Toll House Cookie kind (Nestles) and you melt the mint chocolate in a sauce pan. Then you take Ritz brand crackers and a slotted spoon. Using the slotted spoon, you dip the crackers into the chocolate and then put them on wax paper while the chocolate hardens. They taste just like the mint girl scout cookies! Has anyone ever made these? I would NEVER had guessed what these cookies were made from. Sue I think I will give them a try. They sound good! Quote Link to comment
