End of the month ice-cream.........

I invented this to use up all the wee skiddly bits of yoghurt etc in the fridge, before monthly shopping day.

I mix up what is left of yoghurts (any flavour), evaporated milk, soya yoghurt, a bit of sugar, some good cocoa and carob drops. Whip it all up together, put into the washed out yoghurt cartons and freeze. I must admit it was very good, and the children loved it. A good way of using up the ends of things. Granny would be proud of me!!
