Dee Posted April 7, 2003 Share Posted April 7, 2003 PORK CHOP RICE CASSEROLE 6 Pork Chops 1 c. uncooked rice 2 cups bouillon or water Garlic, Salt, Pepper to taste Place pork chops in casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle rice around pork chops. Pour bouillon or water over it all. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Quote Link to comment
